Delivery and Returns

Royal Mail to UK Mainland, Qty 1-6 £4.95, 7-12 £7.95, contact us for additional quantities or click and collect from Aberdeen/AG+L. Contact us if in Isle of Man, Isle of Whyte of NI for delivery costs.

Delivery will be made within 3-5 days of order being placed  All efforts are made to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition, however if anything has been damaged in transit please contact us straight away.  We hope that you love the product on receipt and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you have changed your mind, please contact us by email or facebook message to arrange return of any unopened jars for a full refund


Despite our best efforts if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide a no quibble returns policy for any items returned, un-opened & undamaged, within 14 days – please contact our customer care team to assist you with anything on:

All credits are made to the credit or debit card used to make original payment.

Returns will be dealt with on a case by case so please contact us with any issues.


Damaged Jars

While we try our absolute best to get your jars to you unscathed, we understand that occasionally the odd can here & there may get bumped and bruised in transit. We will credit you for all breakages reported within 24 hours of their arrival & arrange for a replacement to be sent to you ASAP – again please contact our customer care team for more information.


Vouchers & Offers

We reserve the right to withdraw any offers and coupon codes we may have at our own discretion. Voucher codes are 1 use per customer unless otherwise stated, coupon codes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or coupon code.
